Which top U.S. law firms completed the New Jersey Law Journal’s 30 Largest Transactions of 2007?

As you’d expect, the list reads like a “who’s who” of M&A law firms. Most have hundreds, even thousands of lawyers. Many have offices on several continents. So you might be surprised that among the megafirms and New York M&A powerhouses appears a Chicago firm with just over 100 lawyers.
