Chicago, March 26, 2007 — Ungaretti & Harris LLP announced today that Jeffrey A. Leon has joined as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Previously a partner with Winston & Strawn LLP, Mr. Leon will focus his practice in commercial litigation matters, particularly counseling and representing clients in antitrust matters.

Fahey, Managing Partner of the firm. “We are pleased to have an attorney of his caliber who can immediately add value to the firm and its clients.”

Mr. Leon’s antitrust experience crosses all substantive areas including class actions, price-fixing grand juries, merger investigations and contested proceedings. He has extensively litigated various antitrust disputes related to intellectual property use and licensing, and counseled clients on sharing information and collaborating with competitors while staying within antitrust law limits. Mr. Leon, 42, received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 1991 and his B.A. from the University of Redlands in 1987.
