News: Chicago Tribune Editorial Supports U&H Clients, Rejects Governor's FamilyCare Expansion

The Chicago Tribune's April 19 editorial "Strike three on health care" supports a Cook County Circuit Court judge's decision to reject Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's FamilyCare expansion plans after a legislative panel voted twice against the expansion.
