Two Significant Developments Strengthen City's Northwest Industrial Corridor

Chicago, August 24, 2006 — Ungaretti & Harris LLP partner and former 43rd Ward Alderman Charles Bernardini represented both the Construction and Laborers' Union Training Fund and MLRP-Merlin LLC in the recent Redevelopment Agreements with the City of Chicago involving the former Galewood Rail Yard and the relocation of Coca-Cola's distribution center from Pilsen to 1401 N. Cicero. Both projects are in the City's Northwest Industrial Corridor.
