News: U&H Welcomes New Corporate Associate

Chicago, January 29, 2007 — Ungaretti & Harris LLP is pleased to announce that Aaron K. Tantleff has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate, Securities & Finance Department. He previously served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Global Intellectual Property for SSA Global Technologies (acquired by Infor Business Solutions).

Mr. Tantleff concentrates his practice on intellectual property, technology law, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, private equity, venture capital and general business and intellectual property counseling. His practice focuses on the information technology, biotechnology and healthcare fields. Mr. Tantleff received his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
